Amending the 4th Amendment

The 4th amendment states "Police officers have no general right to search for or seize evidence or seize persons. Except in particular circumstances, they must have a proper warrant obtained with a probable cause."

I would add to this saying that game wardens also have to have a warrant to search or seize evidence.

Police officers and game wardens have no general right to search for or seize evidence or seize persons. Except in certain circumstances, they must have a proper warrant obtained with probable cause.
