I think that this court case was pointless for many reasons. For instance, the couple getting married could have gone to a different business and they wouldn’t have to go through all this trouble. They photograph company also could have just taken the pictures because they would have been making money. They could have just looked past the fact that it is a same sex marriage. I really don’t think that this case should be brought to court. Yes, the judge could have looked at what they had to say and thought about doing the case a little bit longer, but I know I wouldn’t have brought it to court either. The only reason I would have brought it to court is the fact that the picture company discriminated the rights of the same sex couple but that’s not enough to bring it to court.             I believe that this should not be taken to court. I believe that the couple should have found another photography company to take pictures for their wedding.

Amending the 4th Amendment The 4th amendment states "Police officers have no general right to search for or seize evidence or seize persons. Except in particular circumstances, they must have a proper warrant obtained with a probable cause." I would add to this saying that game wardens also have to have a warrant to search or seize evidence.  Amended 4th Amendment Police officers and game wardens have no general right to search for or seize evidence or seize persons. Except in certain circumstances, they must have a proper warrant obtained with probable cause.

One of my first memories was me laying on the living room floor with my two older brothers. It was a Friday and we were watching a movie we rented and eating some pizza that we ordered from Pizza Ranch. I was probably around 2 1/2 years old. I think it stays in my mind because it was one of my favorite family activities we did. The first lie I ever told was probably when I was around 3. I knocked over the lamp and it broke so I blamed it on the dog

The 4 th amendment laid down rules for police officers. It limited what they could do unless they had a warrant, it would allow them to arrest or search a person or their home/vehicle. Q: What is the historical background of this amendment (why was it made?) A: The 4 th amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791. It was made to protect the people from unreasonable searches and seizures. It was made by the King of Britain. Q: What does this amendment mean today? A: The amendment means police can’t arrest people or search their house or cars without a warrant. Q: Present examples of current issues involving this amendment. A: Today the Supreme Court is trying to figure out whether or not police can look at a person’s cell phone without a warrant due to all of the personal information a phone can hold. Another problem we have is all of the new technology and how the government can listen to our phone calls or look at our text messages.
